Our Simple Process

First We Learn Your Business and Design Preferences

Business and Design Preferences

We start by learning about your business and design preferences.
You’ll complete a short questionnaire or we can meet in person (or by Zoom). This helps us understand your goals and creates a clear Scope of Project that we both follow.

We Help You Setup Website Hosting and Choose a Website Platform

Website Hosting & Platform

If you already have hosting, you’ll give us access so we can build on your account.
If you don’t have hosting yet, we can recommend an affordable option or provide our own hosting and domain registration services.
Note: We do not build with WordPress. We use Bootstrap for faster, more secure, and better-performing websites.

We Develop a Rough Draft of Your Website

Rough Draft

Once we have your materials, we typically deliver a working draft for your review within about one week (or 20–25 days if materials are delayed).
You review the draft, send feedback, and we make the revisions.

We Launch The Live Version of Your Website

Launch

When you approve the final version, we move the site to your live domain.
All sites are built with mobile responsiveness, ADA considerations, and SEO in mind.

Maintain The Website

Ongoing Maintenance

Most clients choose one of our Site Management tiers for ongoing updates, security, and SEO.
eCommerce sites require at least Tier 2 support.

SEO | What Is SEO?

S.E.O.

SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” It’s the practice of increasing both the quality and quantity of website traffic, as well as exposure to your brand, through non-paid and optionally "paid" means. Also known as "organic" search engine results.

A Clarification
We work FAST!
Here’s How and Why

Win-Win Process
Our process is designed to be clear and mutually beneficial for both you and our team.
No Misunderstandings

No Misunderstandings
Once you approve the website and give the go-ahead to go live:
- The project is considered complete
The private test version is moved to your live domain
- This always requires approval from the original Project Manager

  • After Go-Live (Approval to go Live): There are no free do-overs. Major changes or new requests after launch are treated as new projects and require a separate quote and prepayment.
  • Minor tweaks within reason can still be handled under a maintenance plan.
  • A website is never truly finished if you want to stay competitive in search results. That is why we offer different Site Management tiers.
  • Deadlines may be mutually extended, but only with the original Project Manager and only within the first 30 days.
  • The same Project Manager (or team) we start the project with must be the one we finish the project with.

We do not change Project Managers mid-stream. Doing so is a deal breaker and any pending fees become due at that time. The only exception is the death of the Project Manager.
We work with a wide range of requirements, but we cannot accommodate changing decision-makers or worldviews in the middle of a project. New people mean new negotiations and new understandings. This protects both your brand and ours.
  • The Last requirement - This ACTIVATION is needed after completion of the Live Website.  Payments would have already been prearranged.
    Regarding website Maintenance.
The Original Project Manager will need to decide upon a Monthly Support package which is the most economical way  (Tier1 or Tier2 Pkg).
  • After the live website is completed, activation and ongoing maintenance arrangements must be finalized. Payments will already have been prearranged.

  • 1. We have Monthly support packages that include additional changes (within reason) to the existing website in addition to website SEO/Marketing solutions that vary from client to client. For Example, we have a popular Tier1 Option that starts at $95.00 per month purchased in 12 month increments.
  • It is assumed that all Project Managers have read and understood as well as agreed to the previously stated clarification of project details.
