The TIER2 site management package, referred to as Intermediate Site Maintenance and SEO, is the mid-level ongoing maintenance plan aimed at businesses needing more robust support for website functionality, security, search engine optimization, and basic dynamic improvements to rankings and visibility.
Pricing

Monthly: $170 per month.
Annual: $2,040 for the first-year subscription (equivalent to 12 months prepaid).
Requires a 12-month commitment.
Payments can be made via PayPal.
Prepayment for the year is recommended as the best deal; monthly billing is available but still under the commitment.

Features and Inclusions

4 hours per month of dedicated site maintenance, SEO work, and dynamic rank enhancements.
All features from TIER1 (simple page edits, updates, on-page SEO, control panel handling, regular backups, client support).
Additional dynamic SEO strategies, such as keyword tracking, competitor analysis, and adjustments for better search rankings.
Basic social media integration and posting support (e.g., linking site content to social platforms).
Enhanced monitoring for site performance and security threats.
ADA compliance maintenance with more proactive checks.

Exclusions and Additional Costs

Work beyond the 4 included hours is billed as overages at $80 per hour.
Video production, technical SEO (tSEO) add-ons, or eCommerce-specific maintenance are optional extras.
After launch, significant new projects are treated separately with prepayment required.

This package is ideal for mid-sized businesses or those with growing online needs, offering more depth than TIER1 while being more affordable than TIER3 ($299/month for 6 hours, full social media management, and extended SEO across multiple channels). Upgrades or downgrades can be discussed after the initial commitment period.
